Jeffrey McElnea

Jeffrey McElnea A 40-year leader and "lifetime Achiever" in the marketing communications industry (Brandweek), Jeff has received numerous awards, including his induction to the Promotion Marketing Hall of Fame by the MAA Worldwide.
 
Jeff became president of Einson-Freeman, Inc. at age 29, following his purchase of the company from AMEX-listed EAC. As president he led the build-up of the firm into a global enterprise serving many Fortune 500 clients, then sold the top-ranked Marketing agency to WPP Group in 1988. Jeff continued with Einson as Chairman/CEO for another 12 years while also heading two other WPP companies, Conquest USA and MGA Marketing.
 
Among his clients were marketing giants such as American Express, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Alcoa, Unilever, Sony, AT&T, Burger King, Kimberly Clark, Gillette, Schering Plough, Colgate Palmolive, Amtrak, IBM Pepsi Cola, Kodak, Nestle, Kraft, CBS Television, Fiat, Audi and Weight Watchers.
 
Following his 30-year agency career, Jeff became president of Satmark Media Group, a start-up new media firm that launched the first national ATM advertising network... now owned by Bank of America. He co-founded StoreBoard Media network, now owned by Advantage.
 
Today his consultancy, The Jeffrey Development Group, located in NYC, advises multi-national clients, agencies, NGOs and media enterprises on business development. He has helped finance early stage marketing ventures in alternative media, direct marketing, and in-store communications.
 
Jeff has served on the boards of J. Walter Thompson USA, Aspen Marketing Group, Innovative HRT, FUSE Marketing Group, School (Project Worldwide), Real Time Media, Premier Retail Networks (PRN), Gem Group, East West Creative, and StoreBoard Media, as well as an Advisory Board member of Hill Holliday NY (sub. of Interpublic Group), Modus Agency, Sagepath, e-Lynxx Systems, Landall Packaging (MI) ComQi (NY & UK), and The Monday Campaigns in association with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health.
 
He was a 1971 cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and a marketing major attending the Tuck School of Business.
 
Jeff was a decade long Trustee of Suffield Academy, and is the senior mentor in The Marketing Academy (USA). He has also served on the Board of Children's Express, the National Marketing Council of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Alumni Council of Dartmouth College, Chairman of Dartmouth's Class Presidents’ Association, and a Trustee / Past Chairman of the Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide (MAA).

Gary Kreissman

Gary Kreissman Gary Kreissman is a respected marketing strategist and entrepreneur focused on high ROI customer acquisition. Gary has a substantial track record of rapid revenue generation for clients in financial services, luxury products and digital media. He co-founded, managed, and sold Precision Prospects Inc., an online lead generation business and a recognized source for highly qualified investor leads. He is Managing Partner of Group PRM, which develops innovative, proprietary lead generation, and conversion programs. He is also President and Co-Founder of the lead conversion platform KeyVersion Inc.
 
Previously, Gary was SVP of Lipper Inc., the mutual fund information provider, where he headed the New York office, created a profitable online data feed business and was instrumental in the sale of Lipper to Reuters. Earlier, he was CEO of ActDirect, the first database-driven couponing company. Gary has also held senior positions at ValPak, Remy Martin and Ogilvy & Mather. Gary is a regular columnist for MediaPost, focused on customer acquisition. He serves on the advisory boards of Steereo, SAM.ai, HelloZera, Tempesta Media and The Lower East Side Tenement Museum. Gary holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Walter Hill

Walter Hill Walter Hill was the creative visionary behind Icon Blue, Inc. (Los Angeles) with over 40 years of Brand marketing experience. Under Walter's leadership, Icon Blue received The California Diversity Council's "Supplier of the Year" honors for over 10 consecutive years from Fortune 500 companies, including American Honda Motors, Hilton Hotels, Toyota, Macy's, Coca-Cola Bottling, Paramount Pictures and Kaiser Pemanente.
 
In 2015, Walter received the prestigious Advertising Specialty Institute’s "Lifetime Achievement Award" Walter has appeared on Good Morning America and Person to Person, and quoted in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. He has served on numerous non-profit Boards, including the LA Chamber of Commerce, Mattel Children's Hospital (UCAL) and the African American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles.
 
With his wife Dr. Bonnie Hill, Walter has 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Rich Greene

Rich Greene Rich Greene is a recognized corporate marketer and entrepreneur. Rich founded Maya Marketing Inc., following a career in promotional marketing that included Ryan Partnership (Westport, CT.) where he worked with Unilever HPC, Heineken USA and GE Capital. Prior to Ryan, he managed the Studio line of 18 SKU's as well as the Vive hair care line at Cosmair Inc. He was Senior Account Executive at McCann Worldwide handling the L’Oreal account, which exceeded all company expectations including the “Truth Well Told” Award. Rich returned to entrepreneurship by launching Private Newsstand Media Network (PNN). Greene is responsible for innovating and handling new accounts at the Jeffrey Development Group.

Judy McElnea

Judy McElnea Judy is JDG's Operations Partner. In addition to starting her own inflight destination video advertising company, Judy brings years of both corporate and ad agency experience. Her corporate roles encompassed regional and national marketing positions with Pepsi, McDonalds, and Burger King. Her agency experience included account roles at McCann Erickson, FCB, and J. Walter Thompson. Additionally, she has served as the Vice Chair of the non-profit Board of STRIVE for 20 years.

-The minimum engagement period is 6 months.

-The quoted rate depends totally on the complexity and degree of difficulty of the assignment.
